Set against the lush backdrop of Alfonso Cuaron's native Mexico, Y TU MAM TAMBIEN stars Diego Luna (BEFORE NIGHT FALLS) as Tenoch and Gael Garcia Bernal as Julio. The lives of Tenoch and Julio, like those of seventeen-year old boys everywhere, are ruled by raging hormones, intense friendships and a headlong rush into adulthood. Just days after they trade heartfelt good-byes with their girlfriends who are headed to Italy for summer vacation, their attention is diverted by Luisa (Maribel Verdu), a stunning twenty-eight year old Spaniard who is married to Tenoch's cousin. Fueled by alcohol and her beauty, the boys awkwardly flirt with Luisa, asking her to join them on a road trip to a remote beach with the romantic name of Boca del Cielo - Heaven's Mouth - neglecting to mention that they wouldn't know where to find it, even if it actually did exist!
